Available in all 50 states + D.C.
Answer every inquiry. Qualify every lead. Run the shift, the visit, or the encounter. Book the consultation. Give your team the full conversation. Licensed-state screening is built in — Ava will not claim a state you do not serve. Ava is a 24/7 AI intake coordinator and virtual health care liaison on your website — not a phone receptionist, and not a chatbot bolted onto a brochure.

51 jurisdictions. Each one carries its Medicaid name, typical EVV aggregator, timezone, and the license families actually hold. You pick the states you are licensed in. Ava will not claim the rest. FrontLineLove does not hold your state license and does not submit EVV.

The working loop
Family or planner reaches you
No account. Ava greets them from approved knowledge and never invents prices or medical advice.
The lead is qualified
Name, contact, city, and care needs become a scored inquiry. Hospital discharges open a liaison case.
Consultation is booked
Open office-hour slots appear in chat. The time lands on your calendar the moment they pick one.
The desk keeps the record
DSP shift, urgent-care visit, or hospital encounter updates QA, authorizations, and billing readiness from the same tenant.
What Ava is
The demo you can run today is a chat on your website. Phone answering is not included in this version. When voice ships, we will label it “AI phone + web receptionist.” Until then we will not let a buyer assume she picks up the DID.

What you get
Ava answers families on your site after hours, weekends, and holidays. She is a website intake coordinator — not a phone receptionist yet.
Ava coordinates hospital, rehab, and SNF discharges: family coming-home conversations and professional referrals, with a non-medical checklist on the desk.
A two-minute form for social workers and case managers. No hospital login. The case lands on the liaison desk with family contact and discharge timing.
Approved FAQs, services you do and do not offer, cities, hours, payment types, and what she must never say.
Name, contact, city, recipient, needs, hours, and start date — structured, not a free-form voicemail.
Hot, Warm, Cold, or not a fit. Scoring uses urgency, hours, and service area — never protected characteristics.
Open office-hour slots in chat. Booked times land on your FrontLineLove calendar. Download an .ics for Google or Outlook.
Every family thread is stored on the lead. Coordinators read the summary first, then the transcript.
You pick licensed states. Coverage is statewide or listed cities/ZIPs. Ava checks city, state, and ZIP — including inferring the state from a ZIP — and never invents that you serve somewhere else.

Founder
This product was created from firsthand experience inside home care, residential services, healthcare, and human services.
For decades, I have worked alongside direct support professionals, coordinators, administrators, families, and individuals receiving care. I have seen what happens behind the scenes: staffing shortages, scheduling changes, payroll deadlines, documentation requirements, family concerns, after-hours calls, and the constant pressure placed on teams expected to be available for everyone at once.
That experience made one problem impossible to ignore.
Home-care agencies do not always lose families because they provide poor care. Sometimes they lose them because no one was available to respond when the family needed an answer.
A family searching for help at 9:40 p.m. does not want another portal to navigate, another voicemail box, or another form that tells them someone will respond during normal business hours. They want to communicate with someone now. They want to explain what their loved one needs, ask questions, feel heard, and know that the information they provided will reach the agency accurately and completely.
At the same time, coordinators and office staff are not failing because they are unwilling to respond. They are often already managing a full workload of staffing, scheduling, payroll, documentation, employee concerns, compliance responsibilities, intake calls, and communication with families.
The problem is not a lack of commitment. It is a lack of capacity.
That is the gap this technology was designed to address.
AI became the tool, but human-services experience built the vision.
The goal is not to replace the professionals who make care possible. It is to give them better support — extending the front office beyond traditional business hours, capturing important conversations, reducing repetitive administrative work, improving responsiveness, and helping ensure that families never feel like they are reaching an empty office when they need care the most.
This platform was built by someone who understands the work because I have done the work.
Technology should support the people delivering care, not create another system they have to manage.
Sample agency
Until we have permissioned outcomes from paying agencies, we will not invent testimonials. Talk to Ava as a family, then watch the same inquiry land on the live desk.
Tenant isolation, staff permissions, signed webhooks, and an audit log. We do not claim HIPAA, a BAA, or SOC 2 on the strength of HTTPS. Read how data is handled.
