This product was created from firsthand experience inside home care, residential services, healthcare, and human services.
For decades, I have worked alongside direct support professionals, coordinators, administrators, families, and individuals receiving care. I have seen what happens behind the scenes: staffing shortages, scheduling changes, payroll deadlines, documentation requirements, family concerns, after-hours calls, and the constant pressure placed on teams expected to be available for everyone at once.
That experience made one problem impossible to ignore.
Home-care agencies do not always lose families because they provide poor care. Sometimes they lose them because no one was available to respond when the family needed an answer.
A family searching for help at 9:40 p.m. does not want another portal to navigate, another voicemail box, or another form that tells them someone will respond during normal business hours. They want to communicate with someone now. They want to explain what their loved one needs, ask questions, feel heard, and know that the information they provided will reach the agency accurately and completely.
At the same time, coordinators and office staff are not failing because they are unwilling to respond. They are often already managing a full workload of staffing, scheduling, payroll, documentation, employee concerns, compliance responsibilities, intake calls, and communication with families.
The problem is not a lack of commitment. It is a lack of capacity.
That is the gap this technology was designed to address.
AI became the tool, but human-services experience built the vision.
The goal is not to replace the professionals who make care possible. It is to give them better support — extending the front office beyond traditional business hours, capturing important conversations, reducing repetitive administrative work, improving responsiveness, and helping ensure that families never feel like they are reaching an empty office when they need care the most.
This platform was built by someone who understands the work because I have done the work.
Technology should support the people delivering care, not create another system they have to manage.
Generic AI receptionist products treat home care like any other lead form. They invent rates, they diagnose, they skip service area, and they hide the transcript. FrontLineLove is the opposite: approved knowledge only, scored inquiries, a desk coordinators will actually open, and an honest list of what Ava will not do.
This is not a medical product. It does not dispatch caregivers for a crisis. It does not claim HIPAA because a page is encrypted. It is the night-and-weekend intake a non-medical home care office wished it had — in every U.S. state, with licensed-state screening so Ava does not invent coverage.
Until we have permissioned outcomes from paying agencies, Golden Heart remains a sample agency — not a case study, not a testimonial.
