FAQ
If a feature is not built, we say so. If a vendor login is not available, we will not paint a connected button.
Yes. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card. After that, cancel from Billing — monthly plans have no annual lock-in. Annual is prepaid for the year.
Home Care starts at $399/month (Essentials: 1 location, 25 staff). Growth is $799, Scale $1,499, Network $2,999, National $4,999. Urgent Care starts at $1,499. Hospitals start at $4,999. Every tier is published — there is no “contact sales” price. Staff seats inside the plan are included; you are not billed per caregiver.
FrontLineLove is not a website widget. It is an intake, front-office, and operations platform: qualified family leads, hospital-discharge liaison cases, a scored pipeline, consultation booking, transcripts, a native CRM, residential/urgent/hospital operations, and agency isolation.
Usually, and the work is different. An answering service captures a name. Ava qualifies the inquiry, screens service area, opens a liaison case for discharges, and books a consult during office hours. Essentials ($399) sits at the low end of live answering; Growth ($799) is still below a night coordinator.
Only if you entered pricing guidance and turned the switch on. Off is the default. She will never invent a number.
No. Ava captures the inquiry so coordinators start from a summary instead of a voicemail. People still do the assessment, staffing, and care.
Yes. Every family thread is stored on the lead, scoped to your agency.
You type them into the Knowledge Center. She answers from approved entries. She does not browse the public internet for you.
Yes. Invite staff and assign roles. Essentials includes 25 seats; Growth 100; Scale 300. You are not charged per extra login inside those limits.
Yes — FAQs, greeting, tone, required questions, and prohibited lines. Changes apply to the next conversation.
Yes. That is the point. Ava answers 24/7 on your website. Consultations are offered only in office hours.
Yes. Put them in prohibited responses, and turn off employment intake or price talk if you do not want them.
Ava tells them to call 911. FrontLineLove is not an emergency medical service and does not dispatch caregivers for a crisis.

Keep WellSky, AxisCare, AlayaCare, CareSmartz360, Rosemark, Axxess, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. We send a signed referral JSON or CSV. We do not log into those systems for you.
A workspace stands up in minutes. A complete Ava — services, area, hours, FAQs — is usually the same afternoon.
You do. FrontLineLove processes them to run the product. Export or delete from the workspace. See Privacy and the Data Processing terms.
Not in this version. She is a 24/7 AI intake coordinator on your website. Phone and SMS are on the roadmap and will be labeled when they ship — we will not let buyers assume they are live.
FrontLineLove is built for non-medical home care intake. Encryption in transit and tenant isolation are real. We do not claim HIPAA, a BAA, or SOC 2 unless a written agreement and the matching infrastructure are in place.
No. They talk to Ava on your public page. You sign in to the desk.
Yes. FrontLineLove is available in all 50 states and D.C. You pick the states you are licensed in. Ava screens families against that list and runs office hours in that timezone. We do not hold your home-care license, and we do not submit EVV to Sandata, HHAeXchange, CareBridge, or AuthentiCare.
Check every licensed state in Settings. Set a primary state for timezone and the typical EVV aggregator label. Coverage can be statewide in those states, or limited to the cities and ZIPs you list.
No. FrontLineLove records visits on the desk. The 21st Century Cures Act still requires Medicaid personal-care EVV. You keep submitting to the aggregator your state uses. We label the typical vendor per state so coordinators are not guessing — we do not submit files to them yet.
