By creating a FrontLineLove workspace you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the product.

The product

FrontLineLove is software for non-medical home care intake: a website coordinator (Ava), a staff desk, a pipeline, scheduling, and exports. It is not a medical device, not an emergency service, and not a telephone answering service in this version. Ava does not diagnose, invent prices, or promise staffing.

Accounts and trial

You must be authorized to bind the agency. The trial is 14 days and does not require a credit card. You may cancel anytime. After the trial, paid plans apply as published on Pricing (Home Care from $399/month, Urgent Care from $1,499/month, Hospitals from $4,999/month). There is no quoted “contact sales” tier. Annual billing is 10× monthly (two months free). We may suspend workspaces that abuse the receptionist or probe other tenants.

Your data

You own the leads and transcripts in your tenant. You are responsible for the knowledge you approve for Ava and for how you follow up with families. Export before you delete.

Acceptable use

Do not use FrontLineLove for skilled nursing decisions, for emergencies, or to collect data you have no right to collect. Do not attempt to access another agency’s workspace.

No conversion guarantee

Calculators and analytics are estimates. We do not warrant that Ava will recover a particular number of clients.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, FrontLineLove is provided as-is. We are not liable for care outcomes, missed 911 calls, or a family’s choice of another agency.
