Home care intake that works in Washington.

FrontLineLove is available to agencies licensed in Washington. You keep the In-home services / home care agency credential with Washington State Department of Health / DSHS. We run the 24/7 website intake, the desk, and the visit record. We do not submit EVV to ProviderOne / Sandata, and we do not enroll you in Apple Health.

How it works here

Same product. Washington rules on the desk.

  • 1. License the state

Check Washington in Settings. Add other states if you actually serve them. Ava will not claim coverage she was not given.

  • 2. Screen families honestly

Statewide, or only the cities and ZIPs you list — Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma are the metros most agencies start with. ZIP codes resolve to WA automatically.

  • 3. Name the local programs

Apple Health is Medicaid. ProviderOne / Sandata is the usual EVV path. Vancouver, WA is not Portland, OR — license both if you staff both. Apple Health / COPES / CFC is what coordinators hear on the phone. Eligibility stays with your office.

What FrontLineLove does in Washington

  • Answers families 24/7 on your website in Pacific office hours for booking.
  • Screens city, state, and ZIP against your licensed list.
  • Records that a family mentioned Apple Health or Apple Health / COPES / CFC — never invents eligibility.
  • Keeps visit documentation on the desk. ProviderOne / Sandata submission is not live.
  • Gives coordinators a scored lead, transcript, and consult on the calendar.

What you still do

  • Hold the In-home services / home care agency with Washington State Department of Health / DSHS.
  • Enroll in Apple Health if you take that payer.
  • Submit EVV to ProviderOne / Sandata (or your actual aggregator) when the state requires it.
  • Assess, staff, and start care. Ava does not dispatch a caregiver.
  • Decide whether coverage is statewide or listed cities only.

License and Medicaid names are typical for non-medical home care in Washington. They are not legal advice and not a claim that FrontLineLove is a state-approved vendor.
