FrontLineLove AI was built from more than three decades of firsthand experience in human services, home and community-based services, residential care, and healthcare operations, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. My career has allowed me to experience this industry from nearly every level, beginning as a Direct Support Professional and advancing through training, coordination, administration, Medicaid eligibility, program management, Program Director leadership, and ultimately Associate Director of residential and home healthcare services. I did not study this industry from the outside and decide to build technology for it. I have worked inside the systems, homes, offices, programs, and operations that this technology is designed to support.
That work includes home healthcare, Supported Living Arrangements (SLA), Individualized Supported Living Arrangements (ISLA), community-based services, and 24/7 residential support programs. I have supported individuals receiving services while also carrying the operational work that makes those services possible — staffing, scheduling, payroll oversight, employee training, documentation, medication-related processes, service authorizations, incident management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, family and guardian communication, intake, and program administration. I understand the responsibilities placed on the DSP working the shift, the coordinator trying to fill an open schedule, the administrator reviewing documentation, and the director responsible for keeping an entire program compliant and operational.
My career has also taken me across multiple states and service systems, including Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Indiana, and Nevada. Working across those regions meant learning different Medicaid structures, regulatory requirements, residential models, agency operations, and terminology. States do not run identically. The pressure on providers often does: maintaining adequate staffing, delivering services as authorized, keeping documentation complete, responding to incidents, managing employee credentials, preparing for audits, communicating with families, supporting frontline staff, and keeping operations moving around the clock.
Serving as a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist added another view of the same system. I have seen not only what happens after a person enters services, but also the administrative path families have to walk before care can begin. Direct care, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Medicaid eligibility work, residential operations, program management, and leadership together made one thing plain: every part of human services is connected. A missed document, unanswered call, staffing shortage, expired credential, incomplete note, or delayed authorization never stays in one department.
That is what ultimately shaped FrontLineLove AI. I watched hardworking professionals being asked to manage staffing, scheduling, documentation, compliance, payroll, family communication, incidents, intake, authorizations, and after-hours concerns — often at the same time. I also watched families searching for help in the evenings and on weekends, when traditional offices were closed.
The problem was not that agencies or professionals did not care. In many cases, the problem was simply capacity.
AI became the technology, but human-services experience built the vision. FrontLineLove AI is designed to support the people already doing the work by extending operational capacity, improving communication, capturing important information, reducing repetitive administrative tasks, strengthening documentation and oversight, and helping organizations stay responsive beyond traditional business hours. The goal is not to replace Direct Support Professionals, coordinators, administrators, nurses, managers, or directors. The goal is to give them better tools for the work they are already committed to doing.
From DSP to Associate Director — from a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, direct care, and Medicaid eligibility to Supported Living Arrangements, Individualized Supported Living Arrangements, home healthcare, and 24/7 residential services — I have lived inside the systems FrontLineLove AI was created to support. That is what makes this platform different. It was not built around what someone assumes human-services professionals need. It was built from decades of knowing the work, doing the work, managing the work, and understanding the people behind it.
Technology should support the people delivering care, strengthen the organizations responsible for that care, and make it easier for families to get the help they need. It should never become one more system everyone has to struggle to manage.
