FrontLineLove is available to agencies licensed in New Mexico. You keep the Homemaker / personal care provider credential with New Mexico Department of Health. We run the 24/7 website intake, the desk, and the visit record. We do not submit EVV to AuthentiCare, and we do not enroll you in Centennial Care.

How it works here
1. License the state
Check New Mexico in Settings. Add other states if you actually serve them. Ava will not claim coverage she was not given.
2. Screen families honestly
Statewide, or only the cities and ZIPs you list — Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Santa Fe are the metros most agencies start with. ZIP codes resolve to NM automatically.
3. Name the local programs
Centennial Care is the Medicaid managed-care brand. Ava may hear it; she must not invent plan enrollment. Centennial Care / Mi Via is what coordinators hear on the phone. Eligibility stays with your office.

License and Medicaid names are typical for non-medical home care in New Mexico. They are not legal advice and not a claim that FrontLineLove is a state-approved vendor.
